Across the conference, participants will dive into conversations about navigating crisis and uncertainty, thriving through professional transitions, and charting bold new courses in teaching, service, and institutional leadership. Sessions will highlight how leaders guide teams through change, build strong networks of support across institutions and career stages, and create the kinds of connections that sustain meaningful leadership.
The program will also explore the inner work of leadership- how leaders protect their well-being, support mental health, and rely on a strong ethical compass when decisions are complex and the stakes are high. With engaging discussions, shared experiences, and opportunities to connect with a vibrant community of women across higher education, the conference offers space to learn, recharge, and return to your leadership journey with renewed clarity and momentum.
