Navigating Rough Waters

As we gather in Arlington to explore this year’s theme, Navigating Rough Waters, we are reminded that resilience and leadership are not abstract ideas. They are lived experiences for many in our host community. In that spirit, we invite you to join us in supporting the Patriot Pantry at Mason Square, which provides essential resources to students working hard to stay afloat amid food insecurity and financial strain. These students are navigating their own rough waters with determination and courage.

As leaders, we understand the power of community, compassion, and collective action. This service project is a meaningful way to extend our conference beyond conversation and into impact by recognizing our hosts while directly supporting their students. We encourage you to come ready
to give, connect, and make a difference. Together, we can help steady the waters.
